ITD Scheduled Maintneance Downtime

Information Technology Division (ITD) – Scheduled Maintenance Downtime Notification Scope of impact of change: Security patches on the following systems: 1. Production SharePoint Servers • Production Systems should remain up during the updates, but a brief outage is possible as these patches are applied. 2. Spam/Anti-Virus Systems being updated (M+ Guardian) • Services Impacted: Mail flow from off campus/myspam.utc.edu • Service is redundant, we do not expect any interruption

The Information Technology Division is  pleased to announce continued progress in our transition from Novell to Microsoft services for all users: PHASE ONE, Implementation of Active Directory & File Storage technology.   We have nearly completed the deployment of this foundation technology required to support the next two phases of Exchange 2010 and SharePoint 2010 in our migration  effort.  To date the AD Migration team has migrated nearly 1100  PCs

MyFiles has been the storage location for data files, accessed by logging into MyMocsNet and clicking on MyFiles.  Please move or copy any documents you have stored in MyFiles to Google
