The next set of patches for Microsoft products will bring two that are “critical” and eight that are “important”. UTC Online (Blackboard) will be offline beginning Tuesday, May 7, 2013 @ 8:00am through Thursday, May 9, 2013 @ 5:00pm. This planned downtime is to upgrade the UTC Online servers to a newer release of Blackboard Learn 9.1.
