UTC Online (Blackboard) will be offline beginning Tuesday, May 7, 2013 @ 8:00am through Thursday, May 9, 2013 @ 5:00pm. This planned downtime is to upgrade the UTC Online servers to a newer release of Blackboard Learn 9.1. Due to storm damage the UTC Telephone system is currently unavailable to the public telephone network due to problems with the EPB to UTC connection. Currently calls can be made between campus numbers. Calls cannot be made off campus to local and long distance numbers and calls cannot be received from local or long distance locations.
