Banner Unavailable June 15-16 2013

Please plan for Banner (INB and Self-Service) and MAPS Argos (reporting and data files) to be unavailable all day Saturday June 15 and Sunday June 16 so that the software can be upgraded. UTC Online Access Update

The single sign-on functionality between MyMocsNet and UTC Online has been restored.  We apologize for any inconvenience experienced. UTC Online may be accessed by using one of the following methods: -Login to MyMocsNet and click on the UTC Online link in the top right corner of the page. -Click on the UTC Online Menu from the right side of the UTC homepage, and then click on the “Login” button.

UTC Online Upgrade May 7 – 9

UTC Online (Blackboard) will be offline beginning Tuesday, May 7, 2013 @ 8:00am through Thursday, May 9, 2013 @ 5:00pm.  This planned downtime is to upgrade the UTC Online servers to a newer release of Blackboard Learn 9.1.  After the system has been upgraded, a notification will be sent to UTC Online users once the system is back online. Telephone Service Disruption

Due to storm damage the UTC Telephone system is currently unavailable to the public telephone network due to problems with the EPB to UTC connection. Currently calls can be made between campus numbers. Calls cannot be made off campus to local and long distance numbers and calls cannot be received from local or long distance locations. Both EPB and UTC technical staff are working to resolve the issue. Monty
