Just One Week until Orientation …

May 29th, 2009

The Orientation Staff at UTC is very excited to meet you and share what it means to be a MOC! Regardless of where you are from, after your Orientation session, you will be a well-prepared Freshman at one of the greatest metropolitan universities in the South!

Orientation is a great experience to immerse yourself in our campus community. Remember to take full advantage of this opportunity, bring a positive attitudes, and leave any “I’m too cool for this” thoughts at home!

Both of us are at some part of journey at UTC, Lindsay, a recent graduate in Early Childhood Education and former captain of the Sugar Mocs Dance Team from Bartlett, TN, and Andrew, a junior Health Sciences major/Business minor and the Student Body Vice President from Manchester, TN. We have both been involved with Orientation and in other leadership positions on campus. Our main advice is to get involved in our numerous campus activities and go to class every day! We have a true love for UTC and know you will too!

Below we have listed some common questions about Freshmen Orientation sessions! Also, we encourage students to explore the UTC website, especially the Orientation Blog, MocSquawk, for any updates.
Again, congratulations on your upcoming journey at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga! We look forward to seeing you this summer!
GO MOCS!
