CHATTANOOGA (UTC) — Chattanooga police investigate a case of alleged assault involving members of UTC’s Kappa Sigma fraternity but say so far their investigation has not resulted in any leads.
Police talked about the investigation on Twitter saying: “The Kappa Sigma Fraternity at UTC has been accused of assaulting two neighbors. Efforts to identify suspects have been fruitless thus far.”
Ten members of the fraternity reportedly jumped into a neighborhood pool in Fort Wood. Homeowners say the frat members were asked to leave but they assaulted the homeowners with a boat oar and punched them in the mouth.
So far police say they have not been able to contact fraternity members.
