Health Insurance changes

The State Group Insurance Program is working to manage costs and keep quality benefits in place. Effective July 1, 2010, all drug benefits will be combined under a single pharmacy manager. You will receive a new pharmacy benefits ID card as part of the welcome packet you will receive from CVS Caremark in early June. This packet will be mailed to your home address. Pay Statements available online

Employees can view, print, email and/or download their current pay statement as well as pay statements from the previous three years, using their UTC ID and password.

Sick Leave Bank enrollment ends June 30th

The sick leave bank is a common pool of hours to which staff or 12-month faculty donate some of their accumulated leave. Optional Retirement Program transition

In July 2010, there will be significant changes in the Tennessee Optional Retirement Program (ORP) administered by the State of Tennessee Treasury Department.  Due to the nature of some of the changes, your action will be needed. Access your insurance and benefits information online

You can now access your personalized summary of insurance coverage on-line. Log onto the UT Administrative Portal, using the same Net ID/password to access your pay statement.
