Flexible Benefits Plans permits the University to exclude, from both Federal Income and Social Security taxes, premiums paid by you for group medical insurance, dental insurance and amounts you contribute to a medical and/or dependent care reimbursement account. Enrollment is online at www.healthhub.com. Even if you participated in Flexible Benefits last year, you must enroll each year you wish to participate.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure for regular faculty and staff due October 31st, 2014. The Office of Human Resources is offering several open sessions to provide individualized assistance with the online process and to answer any questions you may have about the procedure. These sessions will be offered on October 9th from 9:00 – 10:30 and October 10th from 11:00 – 12:00 in the University Center computer lab. Computer stations will be available and HR staff will be on hand to answer questions and offer support.
Human Resources staff will be on-hand to provide computer assistance for Annual Enrollment in the Student Technology Center (room 124), University Center. All changes must be made online using employee self-service in Edison, the state’s business software. No paper forms will be accepted.
