Arbor Day celebration honors UTC as Tree Campus USA

UTC celebrated five consecutive years as a Tree Campus USA and the City of Chattanooga was also honored for its 25th anniversary as a Tree City USA on Arbor Day, March 6.  The State of Tennessee honored both the University and the City of Chattanooga for these milestones. Chattanooga GENI Rack installed at UTC

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, working in partnership with The Enterprise Center and US Ignite, has acquired and activated a GENI rack. The GENI rack (i.e., Global Environment for Network Innovations) is linked with similar racks in 60 other leading universities in smart cities in the U.S. and internationally.
