Apple has released updates for iOS, iTunes (last week), and OS X.  Please update your Mac using Software Update.

Just to be on the safe side switch to Chrome, FireFox or Safari until Microsoft releases a patch for Internet Explorer. Microsoft confirms hackers exploiting critical IE bug, promises to have a patch.

Telephone Service Disruption

Due to storm damage the UTC Telephone system is currently unavailable to the public telephone network due to problems with the EPB to UTC connection. Currently calls can be made between campus numbers. Calls cannot be made off campus to local and long distance numbers and calls cannot be received from local or long distance locations. Both EPB and UTC technical staff are working to resolve the issue. Monty

Today’s Campus Service Outage

We experienced interruptions in various campus-wide services since shortly after noon, but they appear to have been stabilized. We are investigating the root cause of the outage and it will take some time to collect date and prepare a report. We apologize for any inconvenience.
