It\u2019s the result of a pursuit of excellence from the people who call the Gary W. Rollins College of Business home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recently celebrated the annual Faculty and Staff Awards to recognize the people who drive our mission forward.<br><br>Faculty and staff are the backbone of the Rollins experience, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world impact. Whether it\u2019s a breakthrough in research or a hands-on approach to student success, the individuals recognized this year embody the standard of excellence we have set. They aren&#8217;t just guiding the next generation of business leaders; they are modeling what intentional, values-driven leadership looks like in action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2025-26 award recipients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Outstanding Faculty Service Award: Joanie Sompayrac (Accounting)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rising Faculty Teaching Award: Guisen Xue (Data Analytics)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outstanding Tenured\/Tenure-Track Faculty Teaching Award: Dr. Deborah Mullen (Management)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outstanding Non-Tenure-Track Faculty Teaching Award: Adam Wolcott (Marketing and Entrepreneurship)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outstanding Faculty Research and Creative Achievement Award: Dr. Hyeyoon Jung (Marketing and Entrepreneurship)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lifetime Research and Creative Achievement Award: Dr. Phil Roundy (Marketing and Entrepreneurship)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outstanding Faculty Contributions to Practice Award: Dr. Tom Lyons (Marketing and Entrepreneurship)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outstanding Staff Awards: Cori Forte and Susan Poss (Decosimo Student Success Center)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As we look toward the future, these awards serve as a reminder that a college is only as strong as the people who power it.
