Let’s be honest. Nobody hands you a personal finance class when you start college. Between tuition, rent, groceries and the occasional coffee run, money management can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re figuring it all out for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s exactly why the Gary W. Rollins College of Business at the University of Tennessee launched its Financial Literacy Ambassador Program<\/a> earlier this year. Instead of sending students to a website or a pamphlet, we\u2019re connecting you with real peers who get it \u2014 students who have been in your shoes and are trained to help you find your footing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alexis chose Accounting because she loves that there are clear rules and structures that keep things fair and transparent. She brings that same clarity to personal finance. If you’ve ever felt like money stuff is confusing on purpose, Alexis is the person to talk to. She’ll break it down, make it click and help you build habits you can actually keep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
