Lupton Library Renovation

Millions of dollars are being poured into revamping the Lupton Library. The University plans to use the now stagnant space as the home of multiple departments, as well as new classrooms and office buildings. Funding for Renovations

Gov. Bill Haslam included the planned renovation of UTC’s Lupton Building and Fine Arts Center as a priority in the 2016-17 budget. A $35.9 million budget is divided between the two buildings. Lupton’s renovations include new classrooms and office buildings, while the Fine Arts Center will have technology and equipments enhancements.
