HR Offices from across the UT system have been working together on a new applicant tracking system for several years, which will ‘go-live’ on January 18, 2012.  The software system (Taleo) will enhance the applicant experience by streamlining job search, application and hiring processes for staff positions.

To provide optimal service with minimal complications to departments and applicants we cannot accept paper Authorization to Advertise (A-1) Forms after Friday, December 16.

We’ll be offering training in the new system in open sessions in the University Center. Registration is not required.
