Account Creation and Access Management

Service Description: Identity management provides user account provisioning to web applications and hosted services. Access Management provides user authentication to web applications and hosted services using CAS, LDAP, Active Directory and other tools.

Your UTC ID is the unique identifier you will use to access UTC services such as: MyMocsNet, MocsMail+ and UTC Learn. Your UTC ID is automatically generated and composed of 3 letters followed by 3 numbers.

This service also maintains user account passwords at https://password.utc.edu

This service also maintains directory information at https://people.utc.edu

Availability

Service Levels: This service is available 24/7 except during planned periods of maintenance and scheduled updates. Support is available during normal UTC business hours.
Service Requirements:  Users of UTC systems require access approval.  Depending on system, check the service catalog under the system for which you desire access.
