Service Description: The UTC Help Desk is an IT support team for students, faculty, staff and visiting guests. Our team answers questions and resolves some issues immediately. Issues that cannot be resolved immediately are escalated to the appropriate team. If you need to submit an IT request, the UTC Help Desk is the best place to start.

Availability

Service Levels: Phone support is available 24/7. Other services are available during normal UTC business hours.
Service Feedback:  All issues requiring support are documented via a ticket in the Footprints system.  This system has a survey feature whereby a customer is asked to fill out a survey online.  These online surveys are regularly examined by management.
