Service Description: The UTC System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) server monitors Windows computers on the domain and provides the IT department and other divisions with hardware and software information.  It is also used to deploy patches and other software updates to campus computers.

The system can also be utilized for imaging computers in an efficient and effective way as well as deploying entire software suites to Windows workstations on the university network.

Availability

Service Levels: This service is available 24/7 except during planned periods of maintenance and scheduled updates. Support is available during normal UTC business hours.
Service Requirements:  Approved software with current licenses.
