Service Description:  The IT Security team provides services ensuring a secure computing environment for end users including network security, system security, application security, vulnerability scanning, forensics and more.
Aliases:  End point security management, patch management, network access, device encryption
Audience:  Faculty, staff and students who seek assistance in reducing the risks to their systems and sensitive information.

Availability

Service Levels:  This service is available during normal UTC business hours.
Service Requirements:  Requests must be completed by the requesting Director, department head or IT administrator.  Once submitted, the system or information owner will then be contacted to discuss next steps.
