|Service Description: There are a variety of tools that can be used to design forms for office and website use. Training and design guidance is available to turn paper forms or PDFs into electronic versions with simple workflows to streamline your operations.
Dynamic Forms by Next Gen Web Solutions provides a simple way for non-technical users to take any paper-based form and quickly build an electronic version that can be published to MyMocsNet or UTC website. It is a secure, state of the art e-sign/workflow solution.
Sharepoint, part of the Microsoft Office Suite of products, is a web-based collaborative platform. SharePoint is a document management and storage system, but is highly configurable and used throughout UTC as a workflow development tool.
Web Forms, offered by the UTC Office of Communications and Marketing, can also be developed if an electronic form is needed for access from the UTC website.
Microsoft Forms and Flow, also part of Microsoft O365, can be used to create simple forms and put those forms into a workflow. The new Software Request Form is an example.
