Status Update – June 4, 2025 at 10:57p.m: We have identified an issue that began on Monday that impacts some users when accessing UTC services via Duo. We are working on the resolution to the issue.
In the meantime, please contact the Help Desk at https://utc.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/2717/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=52548 if you started encountering a problem with Duo this week. The error below may occur when accessing the UTC VPN, MyMocsNet, Canvas, etc.
Access Denied: Your Duo account doesn’t have access to this application. Please contact your IT help desk for assistance
