Status Update at 10:14 p.m. – We appreciate your patience today. The issues we have seen impacting licensing/access to UT systems and Microsoft Azure hosted services like (Dynamic Forms, Touchnet, StarRez) have been resolved.

Status Update at 9:15p.m: Access and licensing issues are expected to be fully restored by ~10:00pm.

Status Update at 2:44p.m: The processes needed to restore access will continue to run into the evening hours of Wednesday, October 29. Access is expected to be fully restored by late tonight.

Issue Reported on October 29: Some employees may experience issues accessing University systems and resources today. We have seen reports of this impacting access to UT systems like DASH, Qualtrics, Zoom, and sending/receiving email in O365 due storage limits.

UT Information Technology is working to restore access today and we will post updates as soon as it has been resolved.
