Maintenance Complete

Maintenance was completed late Friday night and all systems are expected to functioning normally. If you experience any issues, please contact us at https://ithelp.utc.edu.

Status Update – 11:00 p.m: General system maintenance is expected to be completed by 3:00am. You may see a brief interruption in services until then as servers are restarted.

Status Update at 8.16 p.m: Drupal deployment and public website www.utc.edu maintenance is complete.

Status Update at 6:48 p.m: Work on the webapp servers and blog.utc.edu has been completed.

Status Update at 6:36 p.m: The RAVEN listserv service is back up and running. Additional upgrades will be scheduled for February maintenance.


IT Maintenance Announcement

Information Technology will be performing scheduled routine maintenance on Friday, January 24 beginning at 5:30 p.m. All maintenance is expected to be complete by 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25.

What to expect:
An interruption of all IT services, hosted by UTC, is possible during the maintenance window. For status updates, please visit https://www.utc.edu/itstatus.

Affected Services: 

  • Raven Listserv Upgrade: The software for the RAVEN.UTC.EDU listservs will be upgraded beginning at 5:30 p.m. Services are expected to be restored by 7:00 p.m.
  • General System Maintenance: All IT services could see an interruption of services as systems are restarted during our routine server maintenance between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. UTC Systems required for Friday night classes will be scheduled for maintenance after 7:30 p.m.
  • UTC Website: Work on Drupal services for the main public website, www.utc.edu, will begin at 7:30 p.m. During the maintenance, users may experience a brief period of intermittent website outages.
