Established in September 2024, the Center is dedicated to acquiring, curating, and sharing data related to the social determinants of health and economic disparities across the Greater Chattanooga region.
We partner with the Journey Health Foundation, local government, community organizations, academic institutions, companies, and individual changemakers to better understand the root causes of inequities—and to support solutions that improve lives.
Through research, data analysis, and strategic collaboration, we aim to inform and evaluate efforts to close health and economic gaps—so that every person in our region has the opportunity to thrive.
