Nominations for the 2017 Public Service Awards are now open. Sponsored by the UTC Alumni Board of Directors and the Office of Student Development, the annual awards honor two seniors—a male and a female—who have provided distinguished service to the university and the Chattanooga community, with an emphasis on campus involvement. Students must have at least 90 credit hours, with 24 earned at UTC, and an overall GPA of at least 2.5.

If you would like to include a deserving student in the list of nominees, please complete the form below and return it to Alumni Affairs, Dept. 6506, by Friday, Sept. 22. You may duplicate the form as necessary. Return the form to Jayne-holder@utc.edu or fax it to (423) 425-5277

The award carries a $500 scholarship for each recipient, and the winners will be announced during Homecoming festivities on Saturday, Oct. 7.
