Remember all those fitness goals you set for the new year? Well, we have a way for you to stick to them: Walking. There is a lot of construction going on right now. It might mean a few more steps on your pedometer until the projects are complete. You’ll want to allow a little extra time when maneuvering through and around campus.
A project that started Sept. 3 will beautify Vine Street between Heritage Plaza and Douglas Street. Once the Vine Street project is completed, a similar redesign of Oak Street will begin. The two streets will become exclusively pedestrian except for emergency vehicles and special event support.
