At UTC, we have so much to be thankful for! As your Mocs approach the final weeks of the semester, you can support them by celebrating their hard work, growth, and resilience. Whether your student is wrapping up their first semester of freshman year or their last semester of senior year, we are proud of all they&#8217;ve accomplished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This month, classes will be wrapping up and exams will be starting. Talk with your students about any stress they may be feeling at this time of year and remind them of the many resources available to them on campus. Your support and encouragement means a lot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we look ahead to the final stretch of the semester and the Thanksgiving holiday, we\u2019re filled with appreciation for the encouragement and involvement of our parents and families. Thank you for all you do to support your students and keep our UTC community thriving. A special shoutout to those that attended Fall Family Weekend! The fall weather is here although it has felt like winter some days. Time has flown and the holidays are just around the corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We continue to encourage students to set up ACH\/Direct Deposit for refunds through the student\u2019s MyMocsNet account. It is a vital step to ensure the funds expected can be delivered as quickly and securely as possible. Paper checks are mailed to the permanent address on file, which can take 10+ days via USPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the Tuition Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) was utilized for the Fall Semester, the final payment is due on November 1. A late fee of $50 is applied on the 4th of the month if the scheduled payment is not received. Please note that a balance can affect future registrations. On November 2, a hold will be added on accounts with a balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spring 2026 is fast approaching and there are some important dates that you should know. The dates are listed below for your reference. Currently enrolled students will participate in the Housing Lottery program.
