SUMMER ORIENTATION ORGANIZATION FAIRS

The Office of Student and Family Engagement will be hosting student organization fairs at each of the New Student Orientation Sessions this summer! The org fair provides incoming freshmen the opportunity to meet with student organization leaders and explore involvement opportunities and will provide your organization a chance to showcase student life at UTC while also promoting and recruiting for your organization.

The student organization fair will be part of our Student Engagement Showcase in the evening of the first day of each New Student Orientation session. In addition to the organization fair, we will be offering additional activities to showcase other opportunities to engage at UTC. The organization fair will be a staple part of our showcase. Help us make this event an engaging and memorable experience by signing up to participate in the Orientation Student Organization Fairs.

Space at each session is limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis. Details including dates and times for each session can be found in the registration link HERE!

It’s time to help pick the Homecoming Week Theme during October 2023! Based on the theme submissions from the student body, the Homecoming Student Steering Committee has narrowed it down to THREE potential themes: Masquerade, Fairytale, and Space! The poll is open until April 12 2PM.
