Student and Family Engagement Graduate Assistantships

The Office of Student and Family Engagement has two graduate assistant positions opening up! One will work with our Fraternity and Sorority Life and the other will work with Student Engagement. SUMMER ORIENTATION ORGANIZATION FAIRS

The Office of Student and Family Engagement will be hosting student organization fairs at each of the New Student Orientation Sessions this summer! The org fair provides incoming freshmen the opportunity to meet with student organization leaders and explore involvement opportunities and will provide your organization a chance to showcase student life at UTC while also promoting and recruiting for your organization.

The student organization fair will be part of our Student Engagement Showcase in the evening of the first day of each New Student Orientation session. In addition to the organization fair, we will be offering additional activities to showcase other opportunities to engage at UTC. The organization fair will be a staple part of our showcase. Help us make this event an engaging and memorable experience by signing up to participate in the Orientation Student Organization Fairs.

Space at each session is limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis. Details including dates and times for each session can be found in the registration link HERE!

2023 Homecoming Theme!

UTC is preparing for launch as we take this years Homecoming out of this world! The 2023 Homecoming Theme will be SPACE! Save the date for Homecoming Week September 30th – October 7th. Thank you to everyone who participated in selecting the theme. See you in the stars!

Lip Sync Registration Now Open!

Are you and your organization ready to make your main stage debut!?! Sign up for Lip Sync 2023 on Wednesday, October 4th! Lip Sync registration is available now – August 2023 and open to ALL registered UTC clubs and organizations! This is your year to sign up, I can feel it!
