What does “Tabling” mean?
• You’ll be part of the Trick-or-Treat portion of the event.
• Engage with the local community and help get kids excited for Halloween!
• Dressing up and theming your table is highly encouraged—have fun with it!
• Your group is responsible for providing candy (plan for 250–300 trick-or-treaters). If you’d prefer to run a Halloween-themed activity instead, that works too.
• Groups can RSVP directly to Ashley Sautter at ashley-alletto@utc.edu. Final logistical information will be shared closer to the event.

Event Details:
📅 Tuesday, October 28th
⏰ Trick-or-Treating: 5:30–6:20 p.m. in McKenzie Arena
➡️ Tabling groups should be fully set up by 5:15 p.m.
🏀 Basketball portion of the night begins at 6:30 p.m.
