You can use the Mocs Card on iPhone, Apple Watch and Android devices to get into residence halls, campus facilities, meal plan usage and print documents at the library.
You can also use the Mocs Card mobile student ID to access your Scrappy Cash account to make purchases at the bookstore, campus dining, vending machines and other convenient locations on and around campus.
To use your Mocs Card and Scrappy Cash, simply tap your iPhone, Apple Watch or Android device against the reader and you’re done.

Hardware Requirements
- iPhone: iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE or later; iOS 13 or later
- Apple Watch: Series 1 or later, and watchOS 6.3 or later
- Android: Lollipop (5.1) or later and are NFC capable

Notes
- Ensure that you have an approved photo on file. If you are not sure if you have an approved photo, please visit the Mocs Card Office page on how to view and submit a photo.
- Your University of Tennessee (UT) NetID, password and access to a device that is setup to access your UTC Two-Factor Authentication (DUO) verification.
- During this transition to new technology, please retain your physical Mocs card.
- Once your mobile UTC Mocs Card ID is set up, there will be an initial delay in door and copy machine access.
