In recognition of #SuicidePreventionMonth, we want to remind our employee community about the resources available for those experiencing life changes and severe challenges. It is OK to ask for help. Here4TN Emotional Wellbeing Solutions (EWS) offers several coping and crisis resources that you can access free of charge.
- Counseling services: Here4TN offers telephone, in-person, and virtual in-network counseling options, including up to 5 no-cost, short-term counseling visits per individual, per issue, per year. You may also have access to additional support with long-term counseling through your behavioral health benefits, as needed.
- Virtual Behavioral Coaching (AbleTo): Get personalized, self-paced support to help manage symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety. The program delivers a tailored path to build coping skills with the help of a dedicated coach. As a member, you also get 24/7 access to on-demand resources, tools, and techniques to help you.
- Calm and Calm Health: The Calm app can help you tackle stress, get a good night’s sleep, and feel more present in your life. You can also use it to build coping skills and resiliency to navigate life’s uncertainties. It’s all self-paced with audio and video tools, so you can focus on what matters most to you, wherever you are and at your own speed, 24/7.
Benefits-eligible employees, as well as their spouses and dependents, can utilize EWS resources and services. Call Here4TN EWS at 855-Here4TN (855-437-3486) or visit Here4TN.com to learn more.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors who are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
