The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of food insecurity on fruit and vegetable intake for college and non-college adults with the use of a carotenoid scanner and a short dietary intake questionnaire.
To participate in a research study which includes:
- having a scan( by a light) of your finger,
- filling out a short (22 Q) diet questionnaire, and
- the option to receive some nutrition information from registered dietitian nutritionist and students from the College of Computer Science and Engineering
