If a student decides not to live on campus because he or she has all on-line classes, what is the process to have the housing charge refunded?

If a student chooses not to live on campus because all of his or her classes are online, he or she will have to cancel the residence hall contract by July 31. If the student is taking only online classes but elects to live on campus, standard housing contract fees apply. Cancellation deadline has been extended to August 7th.
