If a student remains enrolled in all online classes, his or her scholarship(s) will continue just as for in-person courses. If a student will not be enrolled in any classes, the student can request a leave of absence from the scholarship(s) by submitting a Scholarship Appeal Form—a letter of rationale explaining why a leave of absence is required—and official documentation supporting the claim. Depending on the circumstances, the leave of absence could be approved or denied.
