The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga set a new enrollment record this fall with 12,060 students, surpassing 12,000 for the first time in its 139-year history. The total includes 10,396 undergraduates and a record 1,664 graduate students, with graduate enrollment up nearly 39% from last year. UTC welcomed 2,363 first-time freshmen and 733 transfer students, while freshman retention rose to 73.3%.
