UTC’s Scott L. Probasco Jr. Distinguished Chair of Free Enterprise has appointed economist Joshua D. Ammons as assistant professor of practice. Ammons joins UTC from Wabash College and will advance the chair’s work through teaching, research and public engagement. His scholarship examines how institutions develop after political and social change, emphasizing durable, inclusive economic systems.
