The Chattanoogan highlighted UTC sophomore Vu Nguyen’s first-place finish in the 2025 T.E.A.M. University Challenge, a national investment portfolio competition featuring more than 600 students from 14 universities. Representing the Gary W. Rollins College of Business and the SMILE Fund, Nguyen’s disciplined strategy and global investment perspective earned him the top spot, while senior teammate Chandler Mason also placed in the top 10.
