Issue Reported: We are aware of an issue that is affecting some campus podium/multiuse computers with Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2021. The application can become unresponsive or freeze when trying to click edit on a PowerPoint file that has been downloaded from an external source. After the application freezes and becomes responsive the file maybe able to be used. 

If you encounter this issue here are several work around that can be tried:

If the room is equipped with a Vivi unit. Select Wireless A/V (Vivi) on the touch panel and follow the instructions that are displayed to connect.

Plug your device into the podium A/V equipment using the provided cables

Transfer the file(s) to a thumb drive and open them on the podium computer
