During the winter break, the IT Help Desk and Solutions Center will operate on the following schedule:

December 10 – 19: The Help Desk and Solutions Center will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM.
December 20 – 28: Operations are closed.
December 29 – 31: The Help Desk and Solutions Center will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM.
January 1 – 4: Operations are closed.
January 5 – 9: The Help Desk and Solutions Center will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Esports will remain closed until January 12, 2026.
