I have turned off the left hand printer (the one that keeps jamming), so 1st floor GoPrint is back up and running with all jobs being sent to the printer on the right. You may see a “Load Balancing” error, but, if you do, just go back to the screen where you choose the computer and try again. The error message should go away. Just so you know, GoPrint was never down on the 2nd floor. We’ll try to get the machine on the left unjammed if the patron traffic will lull for long enough.
