Sometimes when students try to print PowerPoints, GoPrint will only print the first page or so. They’ll then come to the Ref. desk for a refund or help. Two tips: 1. If this happens, have them use one of the wing computers and instead of opening the document with Adobe, use FoxIt (it’s installed on both wing computers). 2. Find out who their professor is – we think this is happening to students in the same class, so if we can figure out the professor, it could help eliminate the problem (and save us from printing for free). Just email the professor’s name to me.
