As you know 207 will be used this upcoming semester as regular University classroom. We are receiving questions about the room (cleanliness, additional tables, etc). I spoke with Janet Spraker and her guidance is cut and pasted below, please let me know if you have any questions.
I’ve talked to our Bldg Services Supervisor, Mary Parrish about getting it in good shape tomorrow, and having it routinely looked at once classes begin. She also will have the building custodian start servicing the 3rd floor offices—she’s now aware these are faculty offices. As far as the classroom furnishings we take calls/emails all the first couple of weeks of classes from department secretaries as to their faculty needs across all general classrooms. Please ask the faculty to communicate special needs through their respective department office. If we can accommodate their requests we will.
