Sometime yesterday we began getting reports that there were issues with off-campus access to databases and ILLiad access in general. This pointed to issues with the LDAP authentication, and I’ve followed up today with the ITD guys on it.
They are currently diagnosing the problem. I’ll update this post when we’re back up.

EDIT: As of 1:50pm today, the LDAP issues have been resolved. For the record, I had to swap the ldap servers on both ILLiad and EZProxy and then restart both services, but they seem stable now.
