207, Ad Nauseum, plus 208 and 209

For the 3rd consecutive morning, room 207 was left unlocked after cleaning.  Also, rooms 208 and 209 were left unlocked and open with the lights still on.  Even stranger, room 208 does not seem to have been cleaned and was definitely not vacuumed.
