Mike Bell and I attempted to get a toner call out to GoPrint Saturday as the 2nd floor printer was releasing spotty printouts. I have received an email from Troy C. saying that he is trying to get us some emergency toner cartridges for just this sort of situation. But for now, we have shut down the second floor printer and release station and put up a sign directing students to send their print jobs to 1st floor. I am hopeful someone from GoPrint will arrive tomorrow with toner and the sign can be removed (it is stored under the 2nd floor desk so can be returned there for future use).
