ACS Journals Access Problems Resolved

4/28, 8:25 a.m.  Access has been restored to ACS Journals.

Please be advised that ACS is having problems delivering journal content (chemistry).  They have not yet identified the root cause of the problem.  I’ll post more as it becomes available.
