The MocsCard machine issue is actually part of a larger problem: the IP switch has caused everything in the building that uses MocsCards to lose service. The exception is GoPrint, which seems to be working fine, but the copiers and vending machines are also out of service. Stephen, Jason, and Steve Dodd are all aware of the problem. I think Steve Dodd also spoke on the phone with someone from ITD.
