Update: Phillip has been here and fixed the 2nd floor printer. The first floor printer is toast but our new printers are scheduled to arrive today and be delivered sometime soon. For the time being, the right side printer on 1st is turned off and unusable.
One of the printers on 1st, and the B&W printer on 2nd are having problems. They are currently turned off. Troy and Phillip have been e-mailed and called.
