As of 1:45pm, things seem to be back up!
LibraryH3lp is experiencing an outage. It looks like they are aware of the problem and are working on it, but I have switched us back over to the Meebo widget in the interim. I’ll be checking throughout the day and will switch us back when things seem to be restored.
