Our public desktop computers don’t meet all the system requirements for the CourseCompass family of sites (mymathlab, myeconlab, myaccountinglab). The main one missing is the TestGen application. And, possibly, the absolute most recent version of Flash that came out since summer.
If a student needs access to these before this is fixed (after semester ends), the laptops are a good choice. The user account has administrative rights so any software can be installed as long as it does not require a restart.
