The color printer has been giving “needs toner” messages. Apparently replacing the cartridge has not fixed the problem. Troy sent me the following note yesterday about the situation. They will be attempting a repair today. I’ll post a follow up when I hear how today’s repair turns out.
I wanted to pass along the latest news regarding the color Goprint printer on the second floor. Monday of this week we received the new magenta cartridge for the printer. While installing it, the printer refused to take it, and threw out an error. Thinking we had a bad cartridge, I ordered a new one as a replacement. We came over today and tried to install it and received the same error. Ive contacted our printer technician, and he said he will be able to come by tomorrow afternoon to take a look at the printer. I will let you know of the results.
